Jazzyblu Supper Club was founden in 2011 in Louisville Ky, built from a deep passion for flavorful food, warm hospitality, and the cultural connection between music and cuisine. At the heart of the vision is Chef and Owner Karen Ledaq, whose love for bold cooking and vibrant atmospheres shaped Jazzyblu into more than a restaurant — it became an experience.
As the brand evolved, the LaDeq family relocated to Las Vegas, bringing their signature blend of food, culture, and entertainment to a new city known for energy and nightlife. Along the way, their entrepreneurial spirit expanded beyond the supper club concept.
The LaDeqs went on to open additional fast-casual and soul-food concepts, including Just Crack’N and Southern Express Soul Food, with locations in multiple states. Through franchising and mentorship, they created opportunities for employees to grow into business owners themselves — a true reflection of their commitment to empowerment, community, and generational entrepreneurship.
